Jewelry Store Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-centric store manager that has an outgoing personality and a passion for jewelry, to oversee daily operations at our MKT store location. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include leading, coaching, training and motivating the store team, undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, developing business strategies and meeting the sales performance metrics. The ideal candidate must have prior store management experience, worked within a boutique/ clientele-environment and/or worked with a women's jewelry brand. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Delivering an excellent and memorable in-store experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Hiring, training and retaining store team members.
- Motivating the store team to meet sales objectives by training, coaching and mentoring staff.
- Maintain inventory integrity and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
- Contributes to a positive and professional work environment and collaborates with the store team.
- Builds store clientele and engages each client positively.
- Understands and follows all company policies and procedures.
- Performs store opening and closing procedures.
- Host and coordinates VIP customer events.
- Perform other retail duties as assigned.
Pay Range:
$50-$60K Annual Salary
Required Qualifications:
- Store management experience
- Customer styling
- Visual merchandising experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operates with ambiguity
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- Proactive and problem solver
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Great computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Jewelry/ retail experience
- Customer styling experience
Developing standard operating procedures
