General Care
-Store jewelry in a dry place when not in use and avoid contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth to remove oils and buildup.

18K Gold Filled
-Water-resistant and durable for daily wear. For best longevity, remove before swimming in chlorine or saltwater and avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals. Clean gently with mild soap and water, then pat dry. Polish occasionally with a jewelry polishing cloth to restore shine.

Sterling Silver (925)
-Naturally bright and long-lasting, but may develop slight tarnish over time. Store in a dry, sealed space when not worn. Polish occasionally with a silver cloth to restore shine.

Cubic Zirconia
-To maintain its brilliance, clean stones gently with mild soap, water, and a soft brush if needed. Avoid abrasive materials that could dull the sparkle.

RETURNS:
Items purchased from BURDLIFE are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. Discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

EXCHANGES:
Items purchased from BURDLIFE may be exchanged within the first 30 days after purchase. Customer may exchange their item for another piece of equal or lesser value - if an item of lesser value is selected, the remainder of the value will be issued on a store credit gift card.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We make sure to only send the jewelry pieces that are in their best condition. To be eligible for an exchange or return, we only accept those items that are in the same condition as sent to you. In the case of us receiving an item damaged or signs of used, we will not refund the money.

DAMAGES/QUALITY CONCERNS :
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. In the case of tarnishing, falling stones, etc. within the first year of purchase, BURDLIFE will exchange for the same merchandise. If that style is discontinued or out of stock, an item of equal value may be selected.
