Each piercing slot is 30 minutes. You'll be able to get multiple piercings within your appointment slot.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your piercing slot. Trust us, you'll want plenty of time to pick out jewelry from our amazing collection.

Each piercing is $30, plus the cost of jewelry. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total. For safety and quality reasons, all piercings must be done using our jewelry only. All services at Burdlife are final sale, and piercing jewelry is also final sale due to safety and sanitation standards.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your piercing appointment to complete your waiver and select your jewelry. For example, if your appointment is at 12:00 PM, please arrive by 11:45 AM. The earlier, the better! Our team will be in-store and happy to help you curate your perfect ear stack.

We pierce children 5 years and up. Children under 18, need to be accompanied by their legal guardian and carry a birth certificate and legal guardian's ID. Legal guardian needs to be 18 years and older. 

We do not accept cancellations, so please take your time when booking and only reserve a spot if you’re able to attend. Appointments are very popular and tend to sell out quickly, but don’t worry — we host multiple events every month. It’s such a fun experience, so no need to be nervous! We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and have the best time.

• Lobe ear piercings take approximately 6 months to heal.
• Cartilage piercings take approximately 1 year to heal.
• If you need more time, give it more time. Listen to your body.
• DO NOT touch your jewelry, twist your jewelry or apply any alcohol or ointment to the pierced area. Anything you wouldn't apply to your ear piercings, you wouldn't apply to your fresh piercings.
• DO NOT sleep on your piercings. TIP: use airplane pillow or only sleep on your back.
• Your fresh piercing needs time to heal and no pressure on them. The more pressure on it, the longer it'll take to heal. It can also change the orientation of the piercings. "The angle it's slept on, is the angle it'll heal".
• Use saline wound wash to clean the piercings. DO NOT make the wound wash at home. We recommend NeilMed Mist Saline Spray.
• Apply twice a day, front and back. Additional spray after your workout.
• DO NOT clean with Q-tip or dab with paper towel. ONLY air-dry; remember no pressure on it at all. Flat backs: We recommend flatbacks for cartilage piercings and always put a longer bar initially. Your ears need space to swell and breathe easily in its initial months. After proper care, come back in 8 weeks (if you need more, give it more time) for us to downsize the back.
