RETURNS:
Items purchased from BURDLIFE are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. Discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

EXCHANGES:
Items purchased from BURDLIFE may be exchanged within the first 30 days after purchase. Customer may exchange their item for another piece of equal or lesser value - if an item of lesser value is selected, the remainder of the value will be issued on a store credit gift card.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We make sure to only send the jewelry pieces that are in their best condition. To be eligible for an exchange or return, we only accept those items that are in the same condition as sent to you. In the case of us receiving an item damaged or signs of used, we will not refund the money.

DAMAGES/QUALITY CONCERNS :
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. In the case of tarnishing, falling stones, etc. within the first year of purchase, BURDLIFE will exchange for the same merchandise. If that style is discontinued or out of stock, an item of equal value may be selected.
