About Our Piercings
At Burdlife, we’re dedicated to giving you the best piercing experience possible! Our professional piercers use only needles for precise placement, ensuring comfort and accuracy. We use only the highest-quality metals for our earrings—solid gold, 18k gold-filled, and sterling silver. All are hypoallergenic and nickel-free, so they won’t tarnish or irritate your skin, allowing you to wear them safely for the recommended healing time.
*Age Requirement: At BURDLIFE, we pierce ages 5 years old & up.
Piercings are $30 each. To secure your spot, simply pay a $15 deposit online and the remaining balance in-store when you visit us! Walk-ins are welcome as well. Once added to cart, your selected time slot will only be held for 5 minutes - be sure to checkout to confirm your appointment!
Wednesdays are free! If you book for Wednesday, your $15 deposit will secure your spot & will go toward your jewelry purchase.

We DO NOT do:
-Rook
-Daith
-Anti-tragus
-Any body piercings
Things to Know
- Please book one slot per person. Each slot is spaced 30 minutes apart.
- One slot = one person, and you may receive multiple piercings within that time.
- Piercings are $30 each, plus the cost of jewelry. Earrings may be purchased as singles or pairs.
- A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your total.
- For safety and quality, only Burdlife jewelry may be used for piercings.
Appointment Details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to sign your waiver and choose jewelry.
Example: If your appointment is at 12:00 PM, please arrive at 11:45 AM. - Our team will be there to help you create your perfect ear party.

Age Requirements
We require you to confirm your age at checkout to move forward with the booking.
If you are under 18, you are required to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Minors will need to provide a form of identification such as state ID, birth certificate or school ID. Legal guardians will need to show state ID.
If you are over 18, please bring your state ID to prove your age.
PLEASE NOTE: This booking is held for your number of attendees, do not increase the quantity in the cart. You will receive an email confirmation and detailed calendar invite after checking out.
Free Piercing Wednesdays
We do free piercings every single Wednesday! The service itself is free - you only pay for your jewelry.
Walk-Ins & appointments are accepted: if you book an appointment, your spot will be secured & your $15 deposit will go toward your jewelry purchase.
*Please note: due to this promotion, we experience a very high volume of customers on Wednesdays. The earlier you arrive, the better! If you plan to walk in later in the day without an appointment, we cannot guarantee availability. Wait times may be extended, so please come hydrated and make sure you’ve eaten.

What is the total price point?
Each piercing is $30, plus the cost of jewelry.
Our studs range from $42 - $75: SHOP HERE,
& our flatbacks range $75 -$130: SHOP HERE
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total. For safety and quality reasons, all piercings must be done using our jewelry only. All services at Burdlife are final sale, and piercing jewelry is also final sale due to safety and sanitation standards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not refund cancellations or no-shows, so please take your time when booking and only reserve a spot if you’re able to attend.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible.
Can I / should I use numbing cream?
At Burdlife, we do not allow the use of numbing cream. While creams like lidocaine can reduce surface skin sensation, they often cause tissue constriction, swelling, or texture changes that can make precise, straight, and safe piercing difficult. Numbing agents act as vasoconstrictors, changing tissue firmness and increasing the likelihood of crooked jewelry placement once the swelling subsides. Additionally, these creams only affect the top layer of skin and fail to eliminate the pain of the needle passing through deeper tissue.
Better alternatives for pain management:
-Breathing Techniques: Focusing on inhaling before the piercing and exhaling during the process.
- Trust Your Piercer: Rely on the speed and skill of a qualified professional. Most people describe the experience as a quick, controlled pinch followed by slight pressure.
What are the age requirements?
We pierce children 5 years and up. Children under 18, need to be accompanied by their legal guardian and carry a birth certificate and legal guardian's ID. Legal guardian needs to be 18 years and older.
